First timers welcome to all classes
Introductory Sessions (shaded) are recommended for beginners
11:15 session is one hour. All other sessions/classes are 90 minutes
PLEASE ARRIVE 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST CLASS.
New students under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent
or legal guardian for the first 3 classes.
